The event calls for high quality extended abstracts which  should fall into one of the thematic areas proposed by the seminar. See more about the seminar themes here.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS

The official Seminar language is  English. The oral presentation will be made in English, including the support material to the presentation (slideshow).

Extended abstracts are submitted as docx files, through a electronic submission system. For more information about extended abstract submission, click here.

Extended abstracts should be between 1000 and 2000 words (+ images and references)  and should be formatted according to the seminar template. The work has to be orally presented at the seminar in order to integrate the proceedings.
